Coach Cardinale has been coaching the girls' soccer team since the 2013-2014 season, and previously coached the swim team for nine years (2011-2020).
She has taught at LASA since 2011, teaching Honors English II, Great Ideas, Contemporary Fiction, Hitchcock, and PALS throughout her time.

Varsity Head Coach
Coach Goodell comes to LASA after a career practicing law in and out of the Army. He teaches AP US History and AP American Government and Politics.
He is passionate about soccer, which he played competitively in high school as a fullback and striker.
A diehard Newcastle United fan for more than two decades and an Austin FC season ticket holder since the inaugural season, Coach Goodell’s favorite soccer matches have become his daughter’s.

Coach Snyder joins the coaching staff this year on JVB. He served as head coach of the LBJ Tennis team for five years and is grateful to return to coaching. He teaches English, Songwriting, and How To Be An Adult. This is his 25th year of teaching.

Junior Varsity A Head Coach
Coach Magana started as the JVB girls' soccer coach in the 2022-23 season and now coaches the JVA team. He grew up in a small town in central Texas and graduated from UT Austin.
Coach Magana is also a Mathematics teacher at LASA. He's excited to be a part of LASA soccer and help students improve in the classroom and outside.
He is a big Austin FC fan and in his spare time likes to play sports with friends.
